We're pleased to offer the following services at Meeker Veterinary Clinic

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionist and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

At Meeker Animal Hos pital, we do everything we can to ensure that your pet's surgical experience is a good one. Whether it is a routine spay or neuter, a more advanced procedure, or an emergency surgery, all patients get IV catheters placed regardless. We also offer and highly recommend in house blood work for all surgical procedures. This allows us to make sure your pet's system is functioning like it should and will not have problems clearing the anesthetic drugs after the procedure is over. We also think that pain medication is a very important part to any surgical procedure. We not only administer pain medication before your pet's procedure to ensure they do not wake up in pain, but we also send home the proper pain medication so your loved one will be comfortable in the days to follow the surgery.

Orthopedic and soft tissue surgery:

Here at Meeker Animal Hospital we also have Dr. Dustin Brown providing us with more advance services. We are here to provide your pet with a surgery service at a reasonable cost. Dr. Dustin Brown will be preforming orthopedic services as in TPLO, Corrective Bone Osteotomy, ACL repair, Patellar luxation, FHO, SI luxation, Gastropexy, Condylar screw and much more. All orthopedic procedures are required to have a consultation exam pior to surgery, a treatment plan and estimate for the cost of the procedure will be provided at that time. If your primary doctor has referred your pet to see Dr. Brown our receptionist and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. CT scan imaging is available upon request. Emergency & Urgent Care:

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 5 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of Dr. Brown as well as her RVT staff working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such as snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment, it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency. After hours emergency phone calls are forwarded to BluePearl Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Oklahoma City.
